    Grow up!

Check in the crfsonly store under suspension for your motorcycle and it should list a lowering link.

Yes, changing the shock linkage will lower the rear. You'll need to reset your race sag after changing the linkage out.

Some female pro AMA racers actually have the subframe cut by about 1 cm and re-welded. That's not a home remedy for sure... but an option if you really need it. I'd try to find someone who really knew what they were doing before I had the sub-frame cut though.

I would try shaving my seatfoam if I were you. Ihave never done it but I hear it can be done with one of those electic turkey carving knives.

hi there i have an 06 CRF250R I am 5ft2' and weight 56kg without gear and about 65kg with gear...this is what i have done....

    STAGE ONE
first i put the kouba link CRF3 on which lowers the rear and then slid the forks through the clamps by 1 inch.

DO NOT PUT TOO MUCH RACE SAG....it will make the bike turn like a harley or a KTM!! 2 or 3 turns from standard should be OK. i found that because the rear is lower due to the link the sag will be OK. static sag of about 47mm should be Ok...dont worry about trying to get 100 of total sag.

Put all 4 clickers is fork comp and rebound to 15 and rear comp and rebound to 15

Result..the bike turns like ist on rails due to low CofG.

if it bounces from jumps turn the rear rebound in to 13 then 11. maybe turn the front rebound in to 13.

    STAGE 2
Next step change the inner chamber fork oil in the front forks to 2.5Wt....this is like a revalve...the forks will be really plush...fantastic!!!

    STAGE 3
get a supsension expert to supply correct front and rear springs.
standard is Front 0.45 Rear 5.30

    I used
    Front 0.40 Rear 4.70

    STAGE 4
for MX only i removed the link and returned the bike to normal as i could now get the correct sag. for enduro i refit the link and lower the forks..takes 20 mins.

another tip...when trying to start the bike when warm after stalling or a crash...wait 5 to 10 secs for the carb to fill up... pull in the clutcgh as well and use the hot start.

    all the best

    cheers
