I'm 6'3" and when standing on pegs feels totally unbalanced leaning forward with the stock bars. I don't ride hard, just trails and some track.
Has any 6 footers try to modify their handlebar risers?
What is the easiest mod to up my handlebars?
Some say just to replace stock bars, others tell me to add risers.
There is a company that sells 1" risers with longer bolts that take about 5 minutes to install.
Appriciate a little help

I would start with the risers if you are happy with the stock bars. I have seen kits that lower the pegs and foot controls but I don't know all the pros and cons of such. I don't know if and inch or two would help you if you are having that bad of a problem... maybe a 450R?

I JUST BOUGHT THE 250R, THE POWER FOR HOW I RIDE IS FINE,
I THINK I MAY TRY THE RISERS FIRST AND THAN MAYBE HIGH BEND BARS.

Try the risers but i'm sure you'll still want more so either the pastrana bend, cr xtra high or cr high bend.

I am 6'6" and I added the BRP sub mount to raise my bars. It wasn't enough so I added the Pastrana bars. Still not there. I added the Fastway pegs in the low-boy position and I am fairly good to go now. Not perfect, but good enough for me. I want to add a tall seat to aid in the transition from seated to standing as well.
