Yeah thanks man, this website is very helpful im glad i foung it. I was riding all day today i was riding for about three hours and then changed my oil and road for another hour. Everything seemed like it was good no bubbles in the oil, and nothing in the over floe hose so the oil wasn't expanding or anything so i think it is good now. I HOPE.

Any more news on the fuel leaking into the crank case, I don't think the filter helped, i feel like my bike is still doing it. And also if i put a fuel shut off valve on the gas line will that effect the fuel flow for the fuel pump. This really sucks because i love this bike but the problems are ridiculous. If anyone knows please let me know right away i would love to get it fixed before my race next weekend. Thanks

have you verified it's not a faulty injector?

If it was the injector the bike wouldn't be running right, i would think, and my bike is running fine still. But maybe not ill have to check it out thanks.

the bike can still function correctly and have an injector that leaks slowly allowing fuel to make its way down to the crank.

Well the fuel filter I got a while ago for 30 dollars, I put that in and it seemed like it worked, but it didn't haha. And than I went with the fuel injector that I got off this website for a hundred dollars and paid 20 dollars to get it shipped in before my race, and that still did not work. Some people are saying that they are going to always do this and that it is normal I just dont believe that. There has to be a way to stop it. But maybe not. Its just super frustrating when you take amazing care of your bike and there is that one thing that you just can not figure out haha.

this we know for sure, there's only one place on the bike where there is fuel...in the fuel system. so it has to be coming from the fuel injector as the fuel injector is the only point where the fuel system makes contact with the motor. correct me if i'm over simplifying this. but there's no other place that fuel could find itself in the motor except coming from the injector.

i've been following other similar issues with fuel in the crank and typically a new injector resolves the issue.

that would be great if it stopped but not likely. every case i have heard of like this either the new filter and/or a new injector resolved the issue.

We're experiencing a similar problem with son's CRF250 2010. After an hour or so of riding the track, it suddenly experiences a bog when the throttle is twisted; it bogs like it's going to stall.
Recent things done to the bike:
    - top end rebuild - 13.8:1 JE piston, new valves
    - crank rebuild after thrust washer damage, etc
    - new fuel injector
    - new Ti Leo Vince pipe
I just bought a fuel filter, so I'm thinking of replacing that first. I normally run VP U4.4, but we're switching to VPR.
Should I consider having the fuel pump checked out for fuel pressure?
