my son has a 06 for the bush, we run a mainjet smaller the airscrew at 2 turns.run br9eg plug.using honda hp2 at 32:1 on 91 oct chevron.

also we went up 4 teeth in the rear, added the flywheel weight, and run a icat.we've never fouled a plug as of yet.

What elevation are you riding at?

I did quite a bit of searching and could not find a whole lot. One thing I did find is here: http://www.motorcycledaily.com/05september02honda2003cr85.html.

Go up one size on the pilot if your bogging off idle. I actually went down to a 42, based on Procircuit's recommendation, and I can tell you that was a major mistake. I'm going to try the 45 and 48 in a few weeks at Gorman, which is 3,000-4,000 feet, I believe.
