I'm failing to figure out the purpose of this adjustment screw on my CRF 150 RB 2009, as shown in attachment. Sitting right side above accelerator pump house.

Anyone know? And tips for using it?

Bit hard to tell from picture, but if it is screwing into the float bowl it would be a drain screw.
Don't want fuel going stale and clogging jets.
