My 2005 CRF 250X IS LIKE NEW STILL BECAUSE THE GUY I BOUGHT IT FROM VERY RARELY RODE IT AND KEPT IT IN A GARAGE . LAST YEAR WHEN I GOT IT THE BIKE HAD BEEN SETTING TEN YEARS WITH GAS IN THE TANK. GETTING TO THE POINT! I'VE REJETTED THE CARB WITH JD JETTING JETS. CUT OFF THE TOP OVER THE AIR FILTER AND SEVERAL OTHER SMALL MODIFICATIONS AS WELL. BUT IT STILL HAS TROUBLE STARTING. IVE ADJUSTED THE IDLE AND THE JETS MANY TIMES. Could someone please tell me what i need to do to crank this bike without draining the battery every time.

From what you described it sounds like you need to go larger on the pilot jet. I have not ever used the JD kits. I have run into people on both sides of the JD fence. Some swear by the kits others say they are junk. No opinion either way myself. I don't see anything wrong with OEM carb / jets and don't really understand why people go the JD kit route.
So I am no help with the jetting other than what it would take if it was OEM jets we are talking about and I would start with a larger pilot jet and checking the air / fuel screw for a deteriorated o-ring or incorrect orientation of the spring/washer/o-ring.
