Hot header and exhaust pipe after jetting a 2004 crf 150f

I rejetted my 2004 crf 150f with the power up kit: 45 pilot, 115 main; removed the snorkel; removed the exhaust diffuser from the baffle; and adjusted the clip on the needle to the fourth position from the top.

Bike starts, runs and idles nicely…. However, I noticed after only running the bike for 5-10 minutes that the header and exhaust pipe were much hotter than they would have gotten in 5-10 minutes with the stock jets and setup (snorkel in, exhaust diffuser in, needle clip in the stock position).

Am I worrying about nothing or is this a sign of something not right?

Thanks in advance for your support and insight.
