ive got a 09 450r a while back the drain plug worked its way out it over heated and the piston jammed into the cylinder wall catistrothic i put a new cylinder on it put a wiesco piston in it same copression as stock i also put a wiesco tiatanium intake valve in it that i got from local mechanic and a OEM wiesco exhuast valve runs alright but theres deffiently more sound in the topend than there was before its harder to start and if you pop the throttel on it "twist it fast" then it will die almost like it floods its self out really fast could it be valve springs are worn out? put a standard intake valve back in? decompressor? valve clearence is in spec and buckets look good everything in the top end looks good what ever help yall can give would be greatly apriciated i love my bike brakes my heart to see her like this
