I have just bought a 2003 CRF 450r. It has been bored out to 490 by previous owner with an Athena kit.
It is running at low speed badly, keeps cutting out. Ken has given me some good steer about getting a JD kit. Before I do that, I want to find out what other people are using in terms of needles/jets/positions. If you have a bored out version, even better as I have been told that once bored they can get tempremental.

Any suggestions are welcome! I have the chance to get it on a rolling road next week, so I want to go to Washbrook Farm well prepared!

P.S anyone else using a FMF Q4 exhaust and think it is loud as hell?!? Mine is so loud. Must be something wrong with it. [/img]
