    Has anybody got any ideas what it will cost to ask a engineer to supply and fit valve seating to a crf250 :?:

    70$ a valve seat... might as well have them finish the job if you send it in.

    as mentioned we have a valve seat replacement service. you must replace seats in matched pairs. we use a high-end racing alloy called MoldStar-90. it's used in all deep pocket racing applications. for the link above we remove the old seat and replace it with MoldStar-90 material custom fitted for you specific head. We then cut the seat per the valves that will be installed. if i can help further please let me know.
