150RB bogging

I have a 07 150RB that I have done the linkage and o ring mod. Also installed a 45 pilot. Going to put a quick shot pump bowl on as well. Do I need to still shorten the diaphram pin and increase leak jet size? If so what size leak jet would you all suggest? Main issue is bogging. Idles fine, cranks first kick hot or cold. Runs great after you get past the bog(just off idle)
Thanks

I can't help you with the diaphram pin but I just ordered a 50 and 55 leak jets to try. Like yours mine starts right up and runs fine but bogs a bit when I crack the throttle.

you can install the honda updated AP kit we offer. the JD jetting kit is a must have for the correct needle and jets. on the pump bowl, get the R&D version. with the R&D you won't need to be concerned with the correct leak jet as it's adjustable with the twist of a knob.

As Ken said, install the r&d acc. pump cover and linkage spring, set to an equivalent of a 45 leak jet.
Install a 138 mj, stock needle and clip position, 42 pilot, 2 turns on fs.
Bog should be near gone, if not adjust leak jet settings until you it is.

My 150RB was bogging on the trails at mid to full throttle. I put on the R&D power bowl and now it runs great.
