    250x JETTING HELP!

by Certain Death » Sun Apr 11, 2010 11:25 am

I was wondering if you guys could help me out. I have a JD kit installed on my 06 crf250x. I've cut open the airbox, installed the AP o-ring, removed the air filter screen, and put on a full pro circuit exhaust.

I'm running a 165 main, 42 pilot, red needle on the 5th clip, and the fuel screw 1 3/4 out. Normal riding around 3500 to 4500 feet the bike ran fantastic.

Now, i've just installed a stage 1 Hot Cam, and the bike Idles low, pops on deceleration and the plug has turned white. Should I turn out the fuel screw to richen or do i need to switch out the main? The bike doesn't bog off the bottom, and accelerates cleanly.

    Thanks for any advice.
