So you took a lean from the factory bike and made it leaner by adding a less restrictive exhaust.
I would get a JD jetting kit, use the red needle at the 5th clip position, open the airbox, remove the backfire screen from the air filter cage and run a 162-165 main, 42 pilot and start at about 2 turns out on the fuel screw.
