'09 CRF450X - Mod Help

A couple months ago I traded in my Suzuki DR650 for a serious off road bike, an '09 CRF450X.
I want to change out the silencer to a Yoshimura RS-2 or FMF Q4 and keep my head pipe. I don't care about getting more power as this bike has plenty for what I ride. I really just want the bike to run smoother and have the exhaust note of the aftermarket pipe.
I know I have to cut the air box, I only plan to cut the top of the box off. I want to avoid cutting the sides because we ride in a lot of wet conditions and the fewer places water can get in the better.
I'm also going to run a TwinAir filter and remove the smog pump with the Applied Racing kit. In PA we don't have any emissions laws on bikes so this won't be a problem.
My question is what jet size(s) to run at 1200-2200 feet and an average summer temp of 80F?
I decided to get the JD jet kit as that seams to be the most recommended and tested. I ran a Dynojet kit in my last bike and had a couple small problems with it.
Thanks for any info.
