so after many many enjoyable hour on my 05 crf 250x i badly needed a rebuild. i decided on a new 08 R piston
new 07 R head KW SS valves and springs
new 08 R cam
new MRD R exhaust 96 DB
i think it has a JD needle in it
has most the average CC mods. pink wire still intact.
twin air filter and oil
it idles OK WOT is insane but at part throttle i would say 1/8-1/4 or around there its popping bad. I've tried many different clip position and jet sizes and just cant get it right. im thinking i may need to try a needle say maybe a ncvt or a ncys but i just don't know or don't understand the needle sizing. so if somebody can explain the sizing or have a recommendation to start with i would vary much appreciate it
