New to jetting a 250x - need help

I have a 06 250x and need some jetting help. I'm new to jetting as I came off a XR250 and didnt need to do anything to it. After getting used to the stock 250x I have done the following mods:
    155 main
    42 pilot
    stock leak
    stock needle-lowered clip two slots
    A/P mod
    stock filter
    stock can - baffle drilled
    cut top of air box

I am amazed at the difference so far but have ran into a problem. I live in Sacramento and ride Prarie City alot. The bike runs fine there. But when I take it up to Georgetown or foresthill type elevations it runs like crap unless I remove the baffle. The bike is way to loud with the baffle out. What am I missing?

Looks like your on track, I would bump the main up to at least a 162, what is your fuel screw set at?

I set the screw at two turns. Maybe it has moved on me. I'm running the stock cam and thought a 162 would be to big. I have not cut the box down to ccc instructions, only removed about a 4"x 5" hole. should I cut more?

1 3/4 - 2 turns out should be gold and 5"x4" cut out should be big enough. When you say it "runs like crap" what's it doing bogging, stalling? Have you tried raising the idle a tad?

Yeah, it bogs and has no snap off idle, just like it did without the a/p mod. I'm going to check the O ring on the linkage and double check the fuel screw tonight. I did play with the idle screw some while i was up there. It kept the bike from stalling but still seemed down on power and unable to pull up the front end when I needed to.
