I just adjusted the valves on my 08 CRF250r. Only 1 of them was tight. This bike is still hard to crank, (hot or cold). I did the decompresser shaft grind. My jetting is 40 pilot 170 main and 2 turns out. I there something I'm missing? I had a 150r so the 4strokes aren't new to me. The 150 cranked hot, cold, in gear, it didn't matter. I don't know what to do to this thing. There is no way my son can race this like it is. If it shuts off, it's over with. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I went today to get a 42 and then when I got home, it was another 40. Guess I'm going back to the Honda shop again tomorrow. I need to start looking and quit taking their word.
