Jetting 2007 450x with fmf exhaust

I just installed a FMF factory 4.1 slip on exhaust onto my stock header. I removed the top of the air box and have tried all jets up to a 165 and adjusted the fuel screw. The bike will bog down with the throttle wide open. Does anyone have any ideas. I live and ride in So Cal.
