O5 450x. Procircuit Ti4 Silencer and Header, Air box sides and snorkel cut, Twin Air filter, QS2 Accelerator pump cover, Devol radiator guards, and I am at sea level. What pilot, main jet, leak jet, needle, and clip position do you guys suggest. Performance is great, it fries all the time. Using JD Jet kit. I think it has a 165 main jet, don't know anything else. Need suggestions so i know where to start. Thanks

Agreed.
Also make sure you run a full quart in the transmission.

Thats what I was thinking. I will try that since everyone has told me thats the right setting. That should cure it. Thanks for the help. I will let you know what the results are. I just started running a full quart of oil in the tranny. Thanks for the tips guys.

It doesn't necessarily call for one. This is very machine dependent. Mine runs well with the 48, as do others, but many will do better with the stock pilot.

Really, why?
Oh, and how do you do a specific quote where the posting actually shows who you are quoting?

hit the "quote button" in the top right hand corner of the post you want to quote.
run a full qt in 2005-2006's becuase there have been reports of there being a lack of lubricationin these years. Its really only a porblem oo dual-sported bikes that run wide open on flat ground for extended periods of time.
its cheap insurance
