450R 2006 FMF powerbomb and Q4 Jetting help

Orite lads,
I have no idea about jetting so please bare with me :D
i have just bought a FMF powerbomb header and a Q4 tailpipe and im being told that by not re-jetting im not getting the full potential from my exhaust.
So were do i start? ive tried looking around but its all abit confusing, any help appretiated thanks. :P

buy the jd jet kit from Ken and follow istructions and ride it like you stole it.
Stay away from the fmf power up kit made by dyno jet!!!

Will i need to put it on a dyno when i buy the JD kit? how much diffrence will i notice? any ideas?
