Defiantly go with the 42 pilot, also seams a little light on the main. A 165 seams to be the ticket with the sea level guys.

Everything you've done might help top end, but you've done nothing to correct the off-idle bog. You want to bump up your pilot to a 42, then tune the fuel screw for best bog-free off-idle response (0 to 1/4 throttle snap). Going to a 70 leak jet makes the bog worse - stock is a 50 or 55 - go back.

I don't know what it typical on that needle, but your main is probably OK, though it might still be a hair lean too.

FYI: I'm currently running a 45 pilot at 2 turns, 155 main (which is still too lean BTW), and stock needle at position #5 with a 10% ethanol mix. You're settings with normal gas would be a tad leaner. I have a CCC opened airbox and no other mods. My bike has instantaneous throttle response across the board, though falls a little flat at WFO due to the lean 155 main - no trace of a bog anywhere.
