got a little sloppy upon disassembly and components got scrambled, when installing...
o-ring first or washer?

Feed onto the screw, spring, washer, then o-ring.

so the o-ring is the first thing between the carb and the fuel screw? ... carb, oring,washer, spring, fuel screw...
