when ever you make a change to your bike that would increase/decrease the flow of your intake/exhaust
you need to rejet yes it is a pain in the rear but thats how life is

    It is very easy.
If you already have the re-jetting done with the Honda Power-Up jetting mods ( you should) and the airbox mod you're only looking at maybe backing the fuel screw out a quarter turn,or until it doesn't decel pop. At the most you may want to go up a main jet size, but my buddies didn't require that at all after adding a complete exhaust and after the Power -Up jetting and ran great.
gte that 15 tooth countershaft sprocket on it too, you'll be glad you did and sorry you waited, just like the re-jetting :D Doug

its very easy to do i had no knowledge of caurberators
so i just went looked at it and started taking it apart and found what i was lookin for and now it runs perfectly

if youre on a big bike than on the float bowl should be a drain plug un bolt that reach up there with i think an 8mm wrench and a flat screw driver and pull em out put new ones in and re assemble ans youre good

if youre on a small bike than you have to take the float bowl off
