I have a 2004 CRF250R that stutters at about 1/2 to full throttle. Before I installed the JD Kit, it would almost die at about 1/2 to 2/3 throttle. So it's better, but sputters like it's hitting the rev limiter right above 1/2 or 2/3 throttle. Carb has been cleaned and new gas run through. Please help!

This is my setup:

Northern Va (about 300-400ft)
65-75 degrees Today
92 Octane pump gas
175 Main Jet
Red Needle 5th position
45 Pilot Jet
FMF PowerBomb Header and Powercore4
Twin Air Filter
