I have done a few 06s now and finally an 07.
Wired or Oringed the linkage
Run a #40 leak jet
45 pilot, 170 main.
Now all that is pretty easy, but you HAVE to lower the float level. You have to do this by eye sight. But usually you run the float tab level. It needs to be about 4* down from level where it shuts off the fuel.
Easy way to tell if you have problems is when you kick over the bike, if any fuel comes out the vents and overflow tubes, it is to high.
