CRF 100 w/ BBR 120 cc & Uni filter? What jet sizes?

    by slshady2 » Mon Feb 26, 2007 3:24 pm

This is my first post here i am wondering what needle positions, main jet sizes, and pilot jet sizes anyone with a 120 BBR kit and after market air filter are running? (with stock exhaust)

I have ordered all the parts, except the jets, and need to know which one's to order so i can have all the parts here at the same time.

Anyone know which jets i should use and where the best place to get them? I've ordered lots of times from service honda, but i don't know if the carry other size jets other than stock.

Thanks in advace for your help. Great place by the way!!

I dont know what your elevation is but if you try stock first I know some people are able to get away with stock,if it is too lean go up 2 sizes on main, vica versa for the rest of things. And the little crfs dont have anything but a main and a pilot,no screws no clips no nada.

Mine has the air screw on the back of the carb and i do have the clip. I just moved it up one to see if that would help, but i can't tell yet. I put a hotter plug in it and that made it idle better, but i'm going to put the colder plug back in and change the gas to 93. Isn't the ngk plug cr6hsa the hotter plug and the cr8hsa the colder one?

Does any one know where i can get individual bigger jets for this bike? I called the honda dealer and they said they can't get anything bigger than the stock size from honda?? Thanks.

I'm located in north carolina if that helps you on the elevation for the jetting.

With NGK, the lower the number the hotter it is.

The 6 lists as the standard plug for the CRF100F on NGK's site. What does your manual recommend?
