    Just purchased a slightly used 2004 CRF250R. Everything is stock. I noticed a slight bog right off idle when I test rode it. Last weekend I went riding in Missouri with temps. around 30F and it really started to bog right off idle.

    I am a two stroke guy and really dont have a clue where to start. I am thinking it is running lean...should I purchase one of these JD kits everyone is talking about on this board? Does it come with some instructions on what I should use based on various conditions?

    Yes,

    and get a CRF's Only fuel screw so you can make adjustments on the bike without tools.
