    I ordered jets for our 2006 CRF80 here's what I ordered:
1- Adjustable Needle Set Part #16012-GN1-A41
    1- Screw Set Part #16016-143-620
    1- Main Jet #100 Part #99101-116-1000

The adjustable needle was to replace the stock one which is not adjustable. I set the new one on the second clip from the bottom. I ordered the screw set to replace the stock air screw with a normal slotted head screw. The air screw was set to 1-1/2 turns out. I replaced the main jet with the #100. The stock pilot jet was #35 and I left it the same.
The baffle was also removed from the exhaust and I put an aluminum tip in its place.
I run my spark plug gap at .028 to .030

    Hope this helps!
I know our CRF80 runs 100% better now.

Where on Honda are you locating adjustable set(s) etc ? I thought honda was strictly stock Factory parts ? :? Or did you call them ?

I just ordered the needle set and screw set off the '05 CRF80f schematic for my son's 2012 CRF80F and everything fit as expected.

I did however purchase the Main jet from the aftermarket listing instead of the OEM list as it has more options, and cost was better.
