05 crf250r jetting

let me know what the best jetting would be for my 05 250r. im at 230 ft and have a twin air power flow air filter...besides that its completely stock. thanks a lot.

42 Pilot (slow) Jet
NCYQ needle at 3rd clip above 40 F, 4th clip below 40 F
Fuel Screw @ 1 3/4 turns " ", @ 2 turns " ".
Main jet 172 above 60 F , 175 Below 60 F.
