I just rebuilt my 04 CRF250X with a 280 big bore. What jetting should I start with?

Mods:
07 head (ported by RHC), RHC valves, springs, keepers
Athena 280 Big Bore Kit
cut out air box
Dr.D exhaust
cut pink wire
smog block

Any help would be appreciated.

Suggestions on main, pilot, needle please

BTW,
I use this bike mostly for Desert Racing in low elevation California and some trail riding up to 6000'

Pilot 42
Needle JD Red 4th clip
or
Honda # 16204-MEN-671 4th clip

just had a quick question for ya,(i noticed u have the big bore kit)
was the athena big bore kit really worth it if so where were the most power increases felt?
