Also have a 2007 CRF 450R and changed out the plug(NGK Laser Iridium)after the first time I rode it/killed it/flooded the crap out of it trying to re-start it.Kind of a pain since you have to pull the seat,gas tank,etc. just to get at it,haven't flooded it again.

What "advice" are you looking for , what plug to use ?? , or the procedure or tool to change the plug ??? , more info needed please ....
