any tips on how to straighten out a subframe?

    Hi there,
Any tips on how to straighten out an 07 honda crf 450R subframe? I came down hard on the right side during a race and once i got it home and washed it, I noticed the tail section is pointed to the clutch side by about 15 degrees.
I have no big pry bars(only an 18" crowbar).
    thanks!

My bike fell off the trailer and the subframe was tweaked. I removed the subframe, gave it a through examination and cleaning. re-installed and fixed it.

    I grabbed a friend / a heavy rubber hammer / a pry bar and some ratcheting tie-downs.

the subframe is now 99% straight.

    our method:
    step 1: Secure the bike
step 2: Take a good look at the direction you want to bend.
step 3: Tie-down from SF to a truck bumper or something. ratchet tight!
step 4: Bang and pry away, ratcheting the tie-down as necessary.

    ---

Is there a better way? probably, but this method was quick, effective and used the resources we had available.

In Arizona, you take it to Dave at FastTrack and he straightens it to factory specs as if it was magic.
Use only Genuine Interocitor Parts.06 250X Flatlands skid and rad guards. Clarke 3.1 gal tank. Cycra Probends, Rekluse Pro, correct springs. Horn, mirror, brake/tail/license lights and a hanger for the plate. That is all.
