They are simple to replace.
Remove the bolts and brake disc cover.
Push the caliper pistons all the way in to allow
installation of new brake pads.
Check the brake fluid level in the brake master
cylinder reservoir as this operation causes the
level to rise.
On the front brake, remove the pad pin plug and
pad pin.
Remove the brake pads.
Install the new brake pads to the pad retainer
securely.
Push the brake pads against the
pad spring, then install the pad pin.
Tighten the pad pin to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 18 N·m (1.8 kgf·m, 13 lbf·ft)
Install and tighten the pad pin plug to the specified
torque.
TORQUE: 2.0 N·m (0.2 kgf·m, 1.5 lbf·ft)
Operate the brake lever to seat the caliper
piston against the pads.
