What advantage is there to having duct tape instead of a rubber band?

It's wider, strong, doesn't move, etc. If you do have anything poking through, it is easier to spot as well.

Not sure if this was covered but, I warm my tires before putting them on by setting them next to the oven with the door open on 200' for about 10 mins. You could also warm them to take off the old one awell. It makes it much easier.

What the hell were you doing with the blow dryer Agent???
We have two companies of Marines running rampant all over the northern half of this island, and three Army regiments pinned down in the southwestern corner, doing nothing. What the hell is going on?

Yeah, I use the blow dryer technique. Works well. In the spring, I used that to heat up the engine cases too, when it wouldn't start. Worked like a charm. :D :D :D  :D :D

Just the other day I changed tires for the first time by myself. My bro sold his YZF450 and I wanted to rob the new rubbers off it to put onto my new CRF450. I couldn't find a spare minute in the daytime to take it to the mechanic, so I stopped by cycle gear and got 3 nice motion pro spoons and a bead buddy.

    ...

    ...

    ...

5 hours into the first tire...I decided that I'm never changing my own tires again.

Go with Tire Spoons and a Bead Buddy. Search on TransworldMX.com, and they have a killer set of videos. They make it look a lot easier than it is, but it has a lot of really useful info on it.
