    Hi,
Does anyone have the OEM valve stack settings for the rear shock to the crf450r 2021 or where can I find it? Thanks.

Welcome to the site !! \:D/

I have a friend with a 21 and 22 , but we have not torn into either of them yet .... I think your best bet would be to contact Race Tech or Factory Connection , they should have the stock valving stack info .... what is the issue that you are needing the stock stack info ?? , did you take it apart and the shims got mixed up ??

Yea , always nice to know what you have ...... I am going to go thru mine pretty soon , as I am hitting 100 hours on my 20 (99.7 right now) (100 hrs. in 1 year and I missed over 3 months of riding due to medical issues) but I am often riding 4 times a week now at the track , so I need to do a refresh on the front and rear suspension , I know I have air in the shock as my Rebound is now only at 3 clicks out on the shock , so that means air bubbles (original shock oil) , and I am sure the fork bushings have to have some wear by now ... though the stock suspension is pretty good as is ... but I might mess with a few shims just to fine tune the forks and just re-oil and re-gas the shock , as it feels fairly decent , maybe remove 1 base shim to soften the initial stroke up a tad .... I am running 0.52 fork springs and 5.8 shock spring and 108 - 110 sag

I am on my 4th set of tires , 3rd chain , and 3rd chain guide , 2nd slider , and a set of rear brake pads so far , for wear parts

I was going to replace the piston when I hit 100 hours , but I might wait another 50 or so hours and go from there , I don't rev much past 10,000 , and average about 8600 or so for a moto , so I am not really wringing it out like Barcia does , so I should be good ... I just geared up again today , I am going to see how it does maybe Thursday depending on the weather , I was at 14/52 , then went to 14/51 , now going to try 14/50 , then make a decision on where to keep it ... most likely 14/51 (stock is 13/49) , but I needed some of that nasty torque to go , so I did a flywheel weight , and now messing with gearing to keep my arms attached to my shoulders ... when your old and beat up , torque wears you out (62) , it wasn't bad till I put the full Titanium Yosh system on it , now it has as much torque as it did before the flywheel weight and gearing change , so I need to fine tune the gearing more

On a side note , you might like the suspension if it was redone , as I am not fond of the 21 stock , its real sketchy , the 22 is sweet , (just a bit soft for me) .... Also pay close attention to the water pump , keep a eye out for oil from the weep hole , my friends 21 and 22 are both leaking there , he has about 50 hours on the 21 and about 20 hours on the 22 .... I am thinking this may end up being a recall item , as my 20 has double the hours and no leaks , so they did something to the water pump seal in 21 as they changed the cases and moved the water pump farther forward on the engine for 21-22 , that might not be working , , I told my friend to contact Honda about it , since something is not right , that both bikes have the exact same leak with such low hours
