I would suggest a 0.46 or 0.47 front , depending on his skill level (faster rider/stiffer*0.47*) and a 5.5 rear

Sag is subject slightly to comfort/feel , so anywhere from 100-110mm is where you want to be at , most prefer/need 100-105mm , with 30mm+/-10mm free sag , but dont bother with worrying about proper sag till you get the correct rate springs , or you will just be wasting your effort , and ride stability/safety **for safety i wouldn't try track riding/jumping with the stock springs**

Stock springs should be 0.45 and 5.2 , and they are for someone around 150-160 tops , and with his added height , a slightly stiffer front wont hurt any , i would also recommend either tall bars like Renthal RC high , or Pro Taper Pastrana ATV/FMX bars, both of which are 1 1/8" FatBars , so you would need a riser change and/or go to 10mm-30mm bar risers depending on the style/height bars he has or will be using

But that should get you started in the right direction
