yes...i believe they will. the only issue might be the shock bearings and i haven't cross referenced them to verify but that would a fairly easy fix if it were the case.

Is there any special valving for the weight difference between the 2 bikes?
On a side note. This 450x has a scott's sub mount w/dampener that I could also get. Will the bar/stabilizer mount work on my 07 250x and then I could buy the post for the 250x?

Yes, the valving will be different but not much. Better to have them valved and sprung specifically for your weight and riding. On the SUB/Scotts. The SUB mount will work but you'll need a new bolt on post tower. The frames are different. We offer this is you need a source for one.
