I need suggestions to help me set up my 2008 CRF 250R, rear end. I am short and very light, and therefore am not comfortable with the height of the rear end. Help me please. How much static sag etc must i set up. Bike is second hand so i do not have the owners manual. please send info or links so i can get the most out of it whilst feeling at home on it.

welcome to CRF's Only! standard race sag is 3.9" or 100mm. sag is a matter of rider preference so you can start at 100mm and adjust from there. if the bike is still too tall for you then your options are a lowering link. we stock the Kouba link. or having your suspension professionally shortened.

    good luck and again...welcome.
