2006 Honda CRF 450r Suspension Settings

Hello, I have a 2006 Honda CRF 450r I do alot of technical trail riding/woods. I'm around 200lb with full riding gear. I'm new to suspension settings What should be my top fork screw settings be, my bottom fork screw settings be and my rear shock screw settings be? How and where should i set my rear spring at. Forgive me for being new to this. Please and thank you

welcome to CRF's Only! at 200lbs. you need to get the correct springs for your riding weight to get the best suspension action possible.

After going through my front right bottom rebound adjuster it sheared off while turning it towards soft I was trying to find the point where it stops turning so I can turn in back in the same amount I did on my left. The screw was tough to move from the start both directions. After taking a quick glance at a diagram of the suspension Can I just oder that botoom center bolt that has that screw in it and refill my shock or am I looking at more work then what I stated ?

Got the parts ordered today, gives me a reason to refresh the oils and check the seals :P
