Inner damper rod assembly keeps losing oil? Any Idea's on why this is?.. Took front fork apart and pulled the damper rod assembly out of the tube.. when you push the rod up in to the chamber it stays there.. after further investigation.. the chamber is empty.. we just refilled the chamber, and bled it last week.. any help will be greatly appreciated.

Remove the nut that locks your rebound adjuster and push the rod through the cartrige and out the top. You may have to use a half inch dowl. Remove the oil lock collor by removing the clip and pulling it off. Look in the bottom of the cartrige and you will see the seal and guide bushing for your inner chamber rod. To remove these, you have to drill out the four pings (indentions) at the bottom of the cartrige. Becarfull not to go to deep (app. 2 1/2 to 3 mm). I drill them alittle and turn the nut and let it pull the ping back out then reseat the nut and drill alittle more do this untill you can see the threads to the nut, but do not drill into the threads.the nut has orings to seal itself so drilling to the treads is ok. The nut you are turning of takes a large allen key (I use a bolt head that fits with a nut welded on. You may have to use allittle heat as they come locktighted from the factory. Change your seal and bushing and reinstall with lock tight and your done. I torgh to 30ftlbs. There is also a seal in the floating piston that can go bad. If you fill your inner chamber and fineall blead it. Turn your inner chamber on its side and pump your forks dampner rod. Look to see it oil is coming out the ports at the top of your chamber. If it is, you need to change this seal as well. Let me know and I will tell you how to do it. This sounds scary but its not hard, just take your time when removing the nut and you will be ok.
