How much oil should I run in my forks for a 160lb rider. I ride mx and have 365cc in outer chamber.

Oil amount affects the last 4" of travel. Look at the bottom of your fork tube and determine if you are bottoming your forks. You can tell by how much dust is left on the tubes at bottom. If no dust line, you are bottoming, add 5cc to each leg until it stops. If not bottoming you need less oil. Most tracks you should come full stroke at least once per lap, then you know you are getting full use of your suspension.
