    by killab18 » Fri Nov 14, 2008 10:03 am

WHats up. im about to put my lowering link it but i dont know what grease to use for it.

If it matters i have an 05 450r

Also the lowering link came with these 2 plastic sleeves covering the bearings. Do i keep these in or take them out?

As you can tell, im pretty much confused on this. haha.

Any waterproof moly type grease would work.

I used the instructions from AS, and it was a simple job. I just used Bel Ray Waterproof grease, but Maxima waterproof or Honda Moly is recommended as well.

My works great and the grease is still in place after a couple good stream crossings.
