I have stock shock, race sag set at 100 mm, free sag 29 mm, with this set up on the rear when clearing a local table top my rear shock is bottoming out, rear wheel rubbing inside of fender. Anyone know how to cure this problem? I have factory standard clicker positions on the shocks rebound and comp.

Call factory connection and talk to their tech guys. They will tell you what springs you should have or send them your stuff and they will set up.

Springs are all available here on the crfsonly web site.

are you noticing a clunk when it hits bottom???? if your not don't worry. the tire rubbing the fender isn't a big issue, but that hard slam is. also is it possible your not actually clearing it but hitting the the top of the landing with the rear wheel? I find the need for stiffer suspension more needed in wooped out stuff more than correctly landing jumps (which I suck at).

Turn up the low speed compression a couple clicks.
How much do you weigh?
Here is a good suspension artical

Skoot, good link! Thanks! I'm having issues dialing in my suspension to ride smooth. Don't hit a lot of jumps, generally nothing higher or harder than a good wheelie or 3' drop offs.

I do believe that rebound will not effect bottoming. As it controls the return stroke, not the compression. Then only time it would effect the compression is, that if it is set too slow and "packs up". Meaning the it doesn't have time to move back up the stroke in time for the next hit. This is only in choppy stuff.
