cornering

I have a 2003 crf 450 R, when I ride it feels like the corners are difficult to accomplish. This bike pushes me out of the burm, I don't know if it's the cofidence on committing to it, or lowering the tripple clamps will help.

turn your bars more lol j/k but make sure your front tire is good i had a front tire which was horrible i changed it to a maxxis star x and now it corners so much better when i bought my bike the tires were this far away from being super moto tires now theyre motocross tires with big knobbies and it corners better and has excelent accl for an xr100r if any thing your rebound may be set too high just guessing bec i heard if your rebound is too high it will kick out of the corners and if your susp is too hard then it wont soak up the bumps and berrms so itll push out of it

The main problem is that it's a 2003 CRF.
It's not unknown that the first few CRF's didn't like to turn. But I rode a 2003 for a while and some of the things I did were play with sag usually around 95-100mm and my fork height. Usually the forks were 6-8mm above the clamps, the fork tubes themselves not the cap.
I hot fix in the aftermarket was running 22 or 20mm offset clamps.
But if your cornering technique its not proper then these mods are almost useless.

I am pretty sure my knowlege on cornering in OK. the last bike I owned was a RM 125, raced in the 125 A class. But its been awhile. going riding tomarrow so hopefully it helps, the forks were pretty much flush with the caps. thanks
