has anyone done any mods to the air box on the 07 450x if so please explain how and where and also the jetting if anyone has played with this also.. any info would be great thanks.

The 07 is virtually the same as all of the others with a couple of exceptions. You don't have to do the accelerator pump mod and you cannot change the needle setting with the stock item. Look into these stickees to see what to do and look at the end of the jetting database to see what others are jetting to.

I cut the sides of my airbox, but I did it in conjunction with the jetting mods recommended on this site. There are 2 schools of thought on the jetting- the JD kit, and Skoots set up. With an '07, you'll get parts in the JD kit you dont need- specifically the AP mod parts.
