My experience so far is that it doesn't really make that situation all that better. If you could get it started and gave it some revs, the bike will shoot out from under you easily. The perch adjuster or the Pro model can deal with that better. You still have a clutch with both of those at low rpm's and can use it to find neutral. I have started in gear and been surprised when I blip the throttle. I am still adjusting to the Kluse.
