Honda have kindly recalled and offered a free of charge exchange kit for 06 CRF250R owners who have cracked exhaust ends. interestingly i didn't find much info on the internet. my mates were cracked after about 40 ourts, he rides like the wind. i have only done about 15 hours and mine are not cracked. we are both changing as there is a 6 week break betwean races where we live. after drilling out the rivets with a 5mm drill, there are 2 ways to remove the caps. put the mufflers in a vice and use a socket extension or a piece of tube inserted through the muffler to knock them off. or use a rubber mallet to knock them off. i have sent mine away and amn waiting for the kit.

has anyon fitted theirs yet?
