How much money do you have to work with here? Start with cheap stuff like gearing. Once you are happy with that, get a Rekluse. After that get the suspension done by RG3 or some other good company. I'm assuming that you have hand guards, radiator guards and skidplate. Get Flatland on the last two, and Acerbis on the handguards.

Rekluse will help you like you wouldn't believe.

First,he's so right, especially taking a motocross bike off-road. If you don't you'll be stalling. A lot.
Second, there's nothing about the Rekluse that is a 'slipper' clutch , any moreso than it's relationship to an Aardvark.
What it really is is a modern, extremely well built and refined centrifugal clutch with the unique ability to maintain a clutch lever that still does all a clutch lever should do.
Lots of races in lots of disciplines have been competed in and won with bikes with a Rekluse clutch.Ridden by riders of such skill levels we only wish we had. Look at the pictures of GNCC's,Outdoor Nationals especially so in the 250 class and check out Rekluses web site.
Remember that taking a motocross bike off-road one big problem is first gear and often second are geared too high to be ideal off-road. Combined with light flywheel weight you have the best recipe going for flame outs. You wont be stalling with a Rekluse.
They also have a 30 day money back deal where if you don't like it within 30 days they'll refund you're money. Who else does that ?
Also, you can buy one right here :!: Doug
