Raising bar height w/Scotts & ProBends

Hello from cold and snowy Michigan fellas!
I was a good boy and did my searches first but really didn't see anything relating to my situation. Looking for the best way to raise my stock bar height so I'm not slouched over while standing up. I have Scotts stabilizer and Cycra Pro Bends with triple clamp side mounts. Budget is TIGHT this season so I'm looking for an "economical" way to do so. I would also like to shed a little weight while doing so.
Thanks for any input/ideas!
