    One is 20mm

    One is 22mm

    One is 24 mm (stock)

Think of it like this......choppers have a shitload of rake, that is the front wheel is far away from a line drawn through the head of the frame.

    Choppers steer like s'hit.

less rake...I.E. 22 or 20 MM will make the bike steer quicker.

I dont know if mix and match with stock works, I dont think it does asit would not be able to change the rake unless you change both clamps.

so going with the 20 mm would make for best handling but shortest wheel base right?
and for sure with a 20 mm you really might use a stablizer more a little less stable at hi speed?

I've seen bikes with just the top clamp changed....Hopefully it wasn't just for looks, that would be a waste of money. E-mail BRP and ask them.

I would think that the 20MM would make the bike turn fast but a little twitchy.

A stabilizer is ALWAYS a good idea

I think mosr folks go with the 22mm as the hot setup (compromise)

if they have just changed the top triple clamp then they are still running the stock offset (24mm). it's not just for looks, in some cases they are moving from a rubber mount bar mount set up to a solid mount (SX and FMX riders prefer this set up for the most part), more fork/front wheel rigidity, and in some cases the ability to move the bars forward more than the stock triple allows. and if in the end it looks sweet all the better...ken
